When I first went Paleo, I searched high and low for healthy, wholesome snacks to keep on hand and to keep me on track. One of my favorite finds was LARABARs. There were so many fun flavors to choose, which initially drew me to LARABAR! Four years later, LARABAR continues to be on of my go-to snacks when I need a little something to hold me over to my next meal or out-and-about running errands. I keep an “emergency” bar in my purse and a couple in my desk, not even kidding. I love that I can trust LARABARs to be filled with real food, clean ingredients like nuts, dates, dark chocolate and more. Some of my favorite flavors include: carrot cake, cashew cookie and blueberry muffin.

Paleo Chocolate Cashew Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 large frozen banana, cut into chunks
  • 3/4 cup canned coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup cashew butter
  • 3 tbls cacao powder
  • Toppings:
  • LARABAR Cashew Cookie Bar, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • Mini chocolate chips
  • Coconut Chips

Directions

  1. Combine frozen banana, coconut milk, cashew butter and cacao powder in a blender until smooth.
  2. Pour into a bowl and top with Larabar Cashew Cookie bar, mini chocolate chips and coconut chips.
