Ginger Mustard Coleslaw Burgers | Plaid and Paleo It has been scorching here, and I have been cooking non-stop! My ebook is coming along great, and I have been sharing a few sneak peeks over on my Instagram. While I have been cooking up a storm for my ebook, I still have managed to squeeze in a new recipe for Plaid and Paleo. I have been posting a new recipe every week for the last two years, and I don’t plan on missing a week any time soon!

I love these Ginger Mustard Coleslaw Burgers! The coleslaw adds the perfect crunch and unexpected flavor to the burger. The ginger and mustard from the burger pairs with the ginger and mustard in the coleslaw topping the burgers. Coleslaw is one of my absolute favor summer side dishes! This creamy coleslaw comes together with only a few simple ingredients and no mayo. These Ginger Mustard Coleslaw Burgers are the complete meal, a main and side all in one! I have a grill out next weekend, and I am planning on bringing these burgers.
