Three 15-Minute Lunches | Plaid & Paleo I leave for Europe tomorrow! I might be freaking out a little, but in a good way I think. Today I’m sharing three 15-minute lunches over on The Paleo Mom. Whether you are a stay-at-home mom with kids at school or live alone, it is always nice to know you can have an easy home cooked meal in less than 15 minutes! Each meal plays into the next so there are no wasted leftovers.
Three 15-Minute Paleo Lunches | Plaid & Paleo

First up is a pineapple chicken salad served in avocado bowls. The next day is a simple taco salad with guacamole. The final lunch is hidden veggie burgers topped with a pineapple aioli.
