I’m currently suffering from a severe allergy attack. I’m going to call it that because I refuse to be sick. I mentioned on Instagram I was feeling under the weather. The overwhelming response was copious amounts of bone broth. Here is where I fail as a paleo person. I’ve never made bone broth. I know terrible! In all seriousness, I wish I had some on hand because it sounds perfect right about now. After I get back from Europe, I will be stock piling bones to make my first batch.
Oh yes and Europe. I leave in 6 days. It doesn’t seem real. Here I am sitting on my couch writing this post, and at this same time next week I will be in London. I started packing yesterday which was fun. I read tons of packing tips and blog posts to prepare. Funny thing. I ended up needing to pack more clothes! I’d widdled down my list and paired different things together to make 35 outfits out of 3 t-shirts, 1 pair of pants, 4 dresses, 2 jackets, 2 cardigans, 1 button up, 1 scarf, 2 swimsuits, 1 belt, 1 coverup and 3 pairs of shoes for a month. This is about the same amount of clothes I brought with me Paleo FX, which was only 5 days! I’m typically a serial over-packer but didn’t want to lug a giant suitcase around Europe for a month. I ended up packing 2 more dresses, a pair of wedges and a pair of shorts just to be safe.
I’m still looking for packing tips! Does this look like the right amount of clothes?
